Can Our Employee Claim ESIC Medical Benefits for His Father's Heart Attack?


We have implemented ESIC in our company from March 2013. Employees have contributed for the month of March. On the 26th of April, one of the employees' fathers had a heart attack. Can he claim medical benefits?
