Hi everyone my self abbas and pursuing my graduation final year from jodhpur university (Distance Learning) and as well as working in spectrosign solutions as a HR recruiter. i dont wanna bore you it will take some couple of mints to go through.Well my mind got stuck and unable think have lots of queries. As i considered about my work in to HR and i have been working since six months and working as a recruiter doesnt achieve my goals, i wanted to do any part time practical course in CORE HR.i dont have time to attend any class eight in morning or at second half because if i work then only i can earn money.
My family is facing a problem with financial and cant be able to afford anything i want to my make my career in HUMAN RESOURCES. So friend i dont know what step should i suppose to take? For involving in CORE HR do i have to do any courses? What exactly i have to focus with? Once i will complete my graduation after 3 months then will i get an opportunities in any company with one year Hr recruiter experience? for CORE HR Activities.
Can anyone please advice me what should i do?

Thanks for your reply and do you think by pursuing masters in HR from IGNOU as a distance learning will cover my hole syllabus? Because they dont have an option of objective paper in an examination but a complete theory we'll find. I know a university who offers MBA in HR as a distance with a complete Objective Option in an Examination paper not Theory site and that is SYMBIOSIS. So i hope u wont mine to provide me a right suggestion in my career.
