Recently, we have recruited many fresh BE and MBA graduates in the company. After the quarterly appraisal, we found that many people are lacking the knowledge of being "professional." Hence, we conducted basic interaction programs for them. The summary of these sessions is attached in parts for your reference. I hope it will be useful to all.

It is good that you have collected the concepts as understood by freshers. In my opinion, whatever the discipline, one has to gain experience to understand the nuances of who a professional is. After a few months of exposure, they will understand stakeholders, customers, competitors, peers, statutory authorities, and so on. They will slowly come to know about being professional, professional ethics, etc.
