Actually, I have reproduced the words of Rocket Singh, Salesman of the Year, regarding business. This means in English:

Understanding Business Through Rocket Singh's Words

Business is not a great strategy.
Business is not cleverness.
Business is people (customers).
If your customers are happy with you, your business goes up automatically. By thinking about numbers, numbers never go up. Think about your customers, satisfy your customers, provide more than their expectations, and your business will exceed your expectations.
