For example, when discussing absenteeism, it includes daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, shift-wise, individual, and department-wise data. Similarly, I need MIS reports in the following areas:

2. Manpower (Headcount) Report
3. Salary & Wages
4. Recruitment & Selection
5. Training & Development
