However, at the same time, organizational culture and behavior sometimes show reluctance towards high-potential employees due to individual behaviors such as nepotism, favoritism, and egoism. Organizational interests are being ignored, rather than recognizing the importance of high-potential employees, which needs to be addressed in the best interest of hard-working employees.
