Greetings! Pls tell me how to find out absenteesim , labour turn over and accident reports for monthly KPI. I heard that some formula is there to calculate. Pls let me know if u all can. - Anjali

the following r the formulae for calculating absenteeism and labour turnover
ABSENTEEISM = Total days lost / total possible days worked * 100
MEASUREMENT OF LABOUR TURNOVER
1. Separation method:
Labour turnover = No.of separations during the period / average no. of workers during the same period *100
2. Replacement method
Labour turnover = No. of replacements during the period / avg.no.of workers during the same period*100
3. Flux method
Labour turnover = No.of separations + no. of replacements / avg.no.of workers during the sameperiod *100
