Keep working continuously after the Sr. HR Executive until you reach Assistant Manager. I hope that you are not holding back on your career growth. When it comes to advancing in your career, it will benefit you. You can also try working for another company that offers a higher salary than your current CTC, taking you one step closer to your goals compared to staying in the same company.
If you are satisfied with your current organization, that's fine. However, changing organizations can often lead to advancement to a managerial position.
