Dear Sneha,
In which sort of company have you got the job? What do you mean by "salary is very less"? As a fresher what salary and position are you expecting? What have you studied prior to doing MBA? Are you prepared to go anywhere or tied to finding a job in Surat only? I hope you appreciate that there a lot of unanswered questions about your personal circumstances for us to guide you effectively.

Dear Sneha,
Fresh MBA, the companies are offering 1.8 L onwards. Initially dont give more weightage to CTC. Understand the basic working knowledge. Once you are confident then move to next organization with decent CTC.
hope i clarify your doubts.

Dear Sneha
As a fresh MBA cadidate, You have to accept the initial offer of appointment irrespective of the salary package, as it will provide you requisite experience, skills and employable potentiality in future. At this moment you should not ask for high salary. Your have to gain practical experience in any firm about the HR solutions and then try for better job after completion of minimum 5 years in a firm. This will enough for you to succeed in future with high salwry package.
