Hi, I presently work at Tech Mahindra, but I am planning to leave my job. I am currently in the training period and have just completed 2 months of training. However, I am not enjoying it, and my ultimate goal is to pursue a career in civil services. I intend to resign from my current job after 2 months.
Concerns About Bond Agreement
The issue is that I have signed a bond for 2 years or Rs. 1 lakh. I am concerned about the consequences of leaving the job during the bond period. Will they send people to recover the money, or will they take legal action, such as filing court cases against me or my guarantor (my mother, in this case)?
I would appreciate a detailed response as I want to ensure that I do not face any legal repercussions and am not compelled to pay the bond amount. I am no longer interested in the IT field and do not require an experience certificate. I just want to ensure that I do not face any legal consequences or financial liabilities.
Any insights or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated, especially if someone from Tech Mahindra can provide guidance. Thank you in advance.
