No knowledge is a waste. Even a dead watch shows time correctly twice a day. So respect the knowledge you gained during your internship. The knowledge you acquired during internship is still relevant when you go to perform as HR.However this is not to dispense with any hunger to learn more. It is admirable that you have shown such inclination. You can go for short term certification courses in practical HR like labour management or industrial relations or compensation designing etc.You can try in Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's diploma in Industrial relations or try exploring whether the Universities in A.P offer any short term courses in any specialised streams of HR or ISTD(Indian Society for Training & Development) diploma in training & development etc. However I advise you to get into a Generalist HR profile to get a overall exposure to HR.

Look for management institutes in A.P who offer diploma courses in specialised streams but not in HRM as you have already done it. To my knowledge BVB has it's centre in Guntur. Please check. Apart from that the Wellingkar School of Mangement at Mumbai also conducts short term courses in HR. However, as you are based in A.P, try for some good Institute in A.P

Suggest some good institute in NCR as well. I have completed my M.B.A with HR as specialisation in 2010 & since then working as HR Executive in KRBL Ltd, but yet not satisfied with my current growth.

By 'industry relevant', I mean that what you learn should be capable of instilling a skill in you which can be applied by you to a practical situation while discharging your functions as HR in an industry. You should choose such streams now as you have already done MBA-HR to acquire a conceptual undertsanding of HR.
