You need to register under the follwing Acts
1) Mumbai Shops and Establishments Act 1948
2) Maharastra Private Security Guards Act 1981
3) The Bombay Labour Welafre Fund Act 1953
4) The Professional Tax Act
the above are some of the imporatnt Acts.
