Do you mean cases decided by various High Courts/Supreme Court? If yes, it is recommended that you refer to CLR (Current Labour Reports) published by Labour Law Agency, Tardeo, Mumbai 38. Of course, keep in mind the level of students to whom you wish to give the cases for study. Anyhow, the judgments of the Honorable High Court are worth reading and add to the knowledge of everyone.
