I am new to this group and need some help to provide topics on soft skills training for college students. I am unsure about the specific topics that I need to cover under soft skills training. I am responsible for handling five batches of students, with 50 students in each batch. Each batch will undergo this training for six days, with a duration of 5 hours each day. As I am new to this job, I require assistance in identifying relevant topics for college students (related to career development). Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to divide the 5-hour time period over the complete six days.
