Hi,
I have done M.B.A in HR & now I am working as HR executive with BPO sector.I wanted to get involve into more legal activities of corporate.I want to work with manufacturing group as legal Adviser (HR) or something like that,thus I am planning to go for LLB after M.B.A HR but I need suggestion & advice from experts. Plss Suggest me, What should I do?

Please go for LLB this will certainly help you. Otherwise you can also do Diploma / Master Diploma in Labour Laws

Beyond doubt it has great scope.With that combination you can certainly have edge over other hr professionals.People with such educational combinations are valued in the industry.But experience also matters.As such you mentioned having experience in a bpo, and looking ahead for joining a manufacturing sector firm, the overall enviornment in a bpo and a manufacturing unit can be contrast epecially in context of hr. You have to deal with totally different type of workforce.But then it also depends where you are deployed,the company profile and lot of other issues.So this contention is bound to subjectivity.
