Hi all,
I'm the GM of a leading Law Firm in New Delhi, India. Lately, I've noticed a trend of late working hours among the Counsels within the organization. Their reasons are valid but challenging to address. As a solution, I am considering amending the HR and Mobile phone policy. Is there anyone out there who can assist me, mainly with the Mobile Phone policy? I am looking forward to anyone's help.
Thanks and regards,
Roydal Simon

Dear Simon,
I have enclosed a mobile phone policy which might shed light on your expectations. I hope your intentions are different from mine. If you need more information, please let me know so that I can advise you on any necessary corrections, and you can proceed from there.
