I am an engineering graduate in mechanical engineering, and I have a desire for psychology. This is because I am highly fascinated by a field known as ergonomics. However, I am afraid that after completing my MA in Psychology (Organisational Behaviour), I am uncertain about the career aspects and growth opportunities. I am also curious if an MBA in HR is equivalent to an MA in Psychology (Organisational Behaviour) as I aim to pursue a career in HR relations.

Thank you.

I understand your passion for Psychology; ergonomics is one particular component in this field. Hence, you need to make up your mind to choose your further study. Since you are still studying, try to conduct thorough research. Mechanical Engineering and Psychology are two extremes.

Career Path Considerations

MBA (HR) and MA (Psychology) are two fields of study. They are slightly interlinked. Anyway, you need not worry as there are plenty of job opportunities.
