Every employee has to know the procedure working systems of company ,policies ,products,nature of business ,customer base along with immediate working conditions of his employment..even though he may not belongs to particular depart he/she should must have knowledge of other functions company and their working relations .

- Management Team
- Growth and People Development
- Introduction of other departments
- Small Presentations about working departments
- Speech of TOP Level
- Know the process (Products ,business ,customer information)
- HR Policies
- Admin Policies
-Departmental Introduction
-Orientation
-Code of Conduct
-Closing Day
Induction should me present in PPTs with proper schedule of Induction

Thanks, we already have all the above in place, basically post completion of planned Induction, it is generally observed that HR loose the touch with the employee and he/she feels left out. Hence at regular intervals, we need to touch base to ensure the required comfort

Identify some knowledgeble people across the organization and give them mentor status. Distribute the new comers among those people, the period should be a minimum of 6 months. As a HR facilitator closely work those mentors, obtain inputs and once in a month have an interaction with all the new comers along with the mentors for an hour.
In addition to this better to develop one more team for the mentorship so that you can reduce the load of the seniors and also will have a standby if required.
You should ask for the difference between the earlier company and the present one and also their recommendations in improving the atmosphere & confidentially you can take the inputs on the behavioral part of most of the employees from the new entrants. This part you should obtain very logically.
