Dear All,
Work compensation act is applicable to employees irrespective whether employees are covered under ESIC Or without ESIC. WCA is in other words good social security amount which every employee irrespetive whether CEO or Officer or manager , Workmen.
Kindly understand this properly...........!

If anybody is covered under ESIC Scheme then the compensation liablity should be shifted to ESIC rather to employer. sumit
