I was very frustrated with my boss. My boss recruited an Assistant Manager for HR. I reported to this boss, and he blamed me for his mistakes. As a result, I resigned from my position as an HR Executive. I have now joined a new unit. I am feeling tense because this unit started in Oct-2011, and I am the only person handling HR responsibilities. The manufacturing process involves measuring tapes, etc. Could you please guide me on whether this is the best situation for me or not?

Thanks & Regards,

Working in a manufacturing unit is going to make you stronger as an HR person. Initially, it will be a struggle for you to cope with employees and manage labor inspectors, but after working for at least 1 to 2 years, you will be fit to work in any kind of environment. All the best to you; don't miss this opportunity.
