Regarding minimum wage, there are scheduled employments of the Center and scheduled employments of the state. There is a significant difference between these two. If it is not covered under the central schedule, can we ask for state wages?
Both for central and state, the enforcement of minimum wage is the responsibility of the state. Is that correct? I am referring to the Indian Space Research Organisation, which, as a central government entity, is not in the central schedule. What is the position in this case?
