Dear Sir, As per rules we are pay minimum wages our contract labours but client say please show HRA also in wages sheet please give me rules of contract labour regarding the HRA.

The Maharashtra Minimum HRA Act is applicable to all organizations engaging 50 or more employees, all-inclusive. Even if a contractor does not have a manpower of 50 and deploys his workers at your organization to whom the act is applicable, you have to provide a minimum HRA of 5% on the sum of basic and DA.
