Hello,
I have been with 3 MNC. In all these MNC I have observed that the management wants you to get in physical relation with girls within the company and if you dont do it they start spoiling your stay within your company by doing dome sort of mental harassment. What shall be done regarding this. The way the girls approach you at office is by giving all sort of stupid indications as you all would be knowing. This is the third company I have faced the thing. What can be done Please let me know. Can i take an action against them. If yes what can I do. Please do let me know. This is my third job which I have lost due to this reason.

It seems that it is a sort of apprehension on your part. Better analyse the situations you were supposed to be in with open mind.. Probably you might have mistaken or you might not have been able to adjust to the behavioural shift.

The information that you have given is inadequate. This is your side of the story. Unless we know the other side of the story, it would not be fair on our part to give our opinions.

Nevertheless, Mr Zulfikar has raised valid questions. What was your position in each of the company?

Overall in MNCs, the culture is little open. For a conservative society of India, it may not be amenable. But then from your post (though it is repeated thrice) what is not clear is that what was the motive behind the sexual overtures from the other gender. Why anyone would do that? What was the business of those MNCs? Were they running some dating agency? Discreetly did you find out the reason why some women staffs were currying favour with you?

Generally higher level staff gets involved in some sort of affair with 1-2 odd women employees. Few even go to the extent of terminating women employees if they do not respond to the sexual overtures. Otherwise some odd seductress does her job and a senior level official gets involved in her though willy-nilly.

Now what has happened in your case is quite different. In your case some third party has vested interest in developing affair with you by some second party! This did not just happen in one odd company but three companies in continuity. And for not obliging to their overtures you ended up in losing your job! Will this story be logically acceptable by any other person?

Felt little surprised by seeing the issue you stated above, by saying this in a general manner i felt you was generalizing the topic and the issue. The issue you quoted above is just not a simple issue which can lead to Disciplinary issue not less than termination of job.
The statement above is pointing like all industries are filled up with girls who is looking for some one to satisfy their physical urge. The above pointed allegation is developed from a psycho prejudice you have towards the industry or the female section.
I would rather advice , if you are in a marriage age you can get married and open up your mind and refresh your outlook towards industry or else if you thing girls approaches with stupid intention you may try once as this fortune horoscope is not for every one in the industries :P ... leaving jokes apart i would really appreciate you to provide the above asked details for further postings if you are really facing the issue.

None of us are clear with your query. Even though many organisations are following OPEN CULTURE but, whatever you had mentioned cannot happen nor it can be promoted in any way. May be, you were asked to develop INTERPERSONAL SKILLS for HEALTHY EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP @ WORKPLACE but it cannot be more than this.

Regarding INTERNAL AFFAIRS between employees of opposite sex is happening, but again this is not promoted in any organisation to any extent because its not a part of BUSINESS OBJECTIVES. Forget about those selfish employees(may be holding higher position) who wants to have physical relationship with employees just to fulfill their bloody desire.

Could you please let me know "why would management wants you to get into physical relationship with female employees?" What is this got to do with ORGANISATION'S BUSINESS OBJECTIVES?

You have to disclose whatever is in your mind and please don't post anything that is "IMAGINARY" or try to play games. Please think wisely before you reply to us.

I am really curious to study about your behaviour to understand you better and would appreciate if you can email me the names of those MNC's where you had served including your current employer.

This is a serious issue.

There is both sides, for persons like me who is outside the MNCs it is inappropriate to comment on it without any first hand information. It is also fair not to generalise things said and done in one single instance. At the same time if it really had happened/happens, as a human being it concens very much as it is probably addressed to female colleagues who are my sisters and friends. In which case I'm really concerned about it. As an outsider it is really not possible to know proven circumstances if at all some such thing has happened. But such things happens/may happen not only in MNCs but non MNCs as well there cannot be any bar. Good and bad present everywhere. Such bad incidents could be curbed/avoided only by strong resolve of our sisters who are unfortunately involved. However if it happens repeatedly involving more than one female, collectively it could be fought and an end is inflicted upon on bad characters. It is need of the hour. Female force is mightier than anything and it is emerging.

All my friends opined so rightly from their stand points. I agree with every one of them. There should be some sociable / attitudinal problems with the writer. Mr.Kadhir rightly raised a question in bold and blue. Anyways, it all depends upon one's family background, brought up and social acquaintance. Blaming one one but 3 MNCs means something wrong with the writer.
