Hi kanupriya..
Don't mind but Before giving any suggestions would like to know. about your organisation and employee strength. And if possible give some idea regarding the profiles too.. It will help to give a better idea..

Hi Kanupriya..
Hmm you may do list of activities to make it a memorable day for your employees..
Arrange Friendship Band for all the employees
Arrange some indoor games and award some gifts to the winner
May arrange a time for Antakchari based on friendship songs and winner would be awarded
May arrange a big cake to celebrate the Friendship day..
May arrange to show one friendship based movie.. like Dil Chahta Hai.. Mukadder ka Sikander, Sholay or else...
Hope list is getting long and time is less.. so can plan some out of this.

Hi Kanupriya,
It is difficult to tell & explain any particular game over here. You can make any game on your own where participants will need to work in teams of 2 or more.
One such game is: you have team of 2-3, two wooden planks with ropes tied on longer sides of both planks, participants will stand on both these planks with one leg on one plank and the other on on another plank and holding ropes in hands, they have to march alltogether along with plank. if any one falls out, u start again. u need to cover a certain distance in a time limit. this requires lot of co-ordination.
or you can also provide with some material like paper, cardboard, glue etc. and ask them to make a particular object within a certain time. How they make it is their teamwork & innovation.
