i done BE completed in 2008 due to recession period i didnt job in any of IT companies so i joined for Mphasis BPO, i work for 10 months as tech support voice, but due to severe health issue , i left the job there in last year of march itself n after long break (bed rest) i joined for software testing course n i got certificate for same from cegonsoft technologies, now if i go to any companies, they are asking for relevant exp n not considering my bpo experience...its became very horrible!!!! i m in very critical position now so can you please suggest me in regarding my career growth, also i m requesting please.......!!!!!!!
