Types of Complaints an HR Manager May Face

I am a newly appointed HR Manager in a Ltd. company, and I am totally unaware of all types of complaints. Could you please explain to me the types of complaints that an HR Manager may face, as well as the basic rules and norms associated with these complaints? How should an HR Manager handle these complaints effectively? Any assistance you provide will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Vikky/Sonali, there are different problems HR has to face. I am of the opinion that we should not consider them as problems; we should consider them as issues that occur from time to time. It is my observation that the same or similar types of issues arise, and hence if you refer to previous correspondence from your office, you will come to know that the situations are handled successfully.

What kind of complaints or problems are you talking about? You mentioned that you have just joined your company, but my question is why you are thinking about it so much. You can't find a solution until you face the problem.
