I have gone through the search for Guest House policy here in this forum. Can anyone help me with the pros & cons of a guest house or the do's and don'ts, as we need to present it to management before finalizing one?

Guest House Management Guidelines

1. Detail a person who can be responsible for the Guest House.
2. They will maintain the details of occupants of the Guest House.
3. List out the amenities provided to each occupant and, in general, to the Guest House.
4. Assign someone responsible for the furniture provided in the Guest House in general, while the occupants will individually be responsible for the facilities provided by the company. Any damage caused will be deducted from the concerned occupant.
5. Employ a servant who can maintain the Guest House (cleaning, washing, etc.).
6. Maintain the records for cleaning materials consumption and procure the same as and when required by the Guest House.
