End-to-End Recruitment Process

This is the entire process of finding the right candidate for an organization from beginning to end, involving:

1. Understanding what the organization wants from the HR department, including understanding the technical aspects involved, e.g., IT or accounting requirements.
2. Pulling suitable candidates from your database or placing the necessary job ads in all appropriate media (print, online, etc.).
3. Screening the responses received and short-listing suitable ones in conjunction with the HR department or other department heads.
4. Interviewing the short-listed candidates.
5. Liaising with HR for their interview.
6. Determining the terms of employment with HR and preparing the employment contract.
7. Following up with HR to ensure there are no problems with the new employee.
8. Following up with the new employee to ensure there are no problems with the job.
