My organization is planning to open a branch office in UAE & plan to hire full time resources for the same. Can anyone help me with the HR best practices in UAE (specifically in Dubai & Abu-Dhabi) for the same? I would like to understand the labour laws, tax laws & best practices for comp. & benefits followed by most of the organizations in UAE including Insurance covers, leave eligibility etc.
It would be great if anyone can help me regarding the same.
