Dear All, Would like to know your views on what should be the metrics or how the performance of any HR will be evaluated. What should be the parameters?

Dear respected member,
It depends on the KPI of the year and the job description of employee for example
training & development specialist
• What are the number of IHT arranged for the year
• The number of employees who has attended IHT
• How many employees have attended overseas training
• How many employees actually attended training course that met the objective of their KPI
• What is the % of training conducted organizational wise
• Project undertaken outside the scope of work
• Has Achieving his KPI served the purpose of the over all organization objective of the yet as set in the business plan
• Has there been a noticeable change in the performance as a result of training
• Was the training competence based
• What is the rate of Gap analysis
Just little something to keep you on the right thinking mode

I think I should elaborate my question. As suggested by Anayaat, for those who are in the profile of T&D and Recruitment's, we can easily evaluate the performance. Even for those in Employee Relations, PMS and all other verticals of HR we can of course set the parameters and design the metrics.
Normally, TOP Management and we HR always speaks about ROI when it comes to a normal employee. In the same contest to what extent are the organizations or the CEO's bothered about the ROI on HR and the TOP MANAGEMENT. I just wanted to know what is the mechanism being used by the organizations today in this contest.
Just looking forward in case anyone have come across such articles. If so kindly share.
