Hi all,
I had a meeting with the process manager and process hr who said the matter has reached to AOD and they cant take my back in the organisation or send me on the bench to apply for ijp or serve the notice period thereafter as I requested after confession and acknowledgement of my mistake on humanitarian ground.
However, they ensured my career wouldn't be jeopardize and hr will be non-committal in case of any inquiry initiation by new employer and I could leave this company with a handshake. I hope for the best. I wish the case could have been handled better given the tenure in job for 3years and a half and above average appraisal rating and monthly stacks.
Thanks to all for invaluable feedback,

Hi all,
Is there any possibility of the HRD sending me the resignation acceptance letter so that I could apply for any job and support my family in such crisis because it would take about 45 days before the relieving letter is issued. Will be there any problem in claiming the PF.

Hi,
This question is to all HR Representative in their respective organisation, what if I tell the truth to hr in new company during any interview straightforwardly, will it be appreciated because the relieving letter which I am supposed to get, will not show such issues taken place in the organisation that I have not been present in the company the management had to consider this an absconding issues and at the same time they gave me assurance that they would be apprising the certain department to be non-committal in case any back ground check verification is initiated.
However, I believe in my honest conscience, I must be truthful with my new employer, mustn't I?
