I've offered a job in a company where HR department does not currently exists. They want me to build a proper HR department there.
I need your help and advise, kindly guide me how should i start?
What are the areas i should focus in start?
What sort of activity or work should i start there?
How could I start building / developing a department from scrath?

Payroll Management

Pension Management

Overtime Payments

Attendance Management

• Training & Development,

Identifying Training requirement

Finding vendors for training External & Internal & in house

Assessing vendors

Assessing Training

Identifying Training Needs of employees

Identifying competences

Creating individual development plans

• Performance Appraisal Management,

Creating Suitable Performance Appraisal System for the organization

Ensuring Educating employees on it

Managing the process i.e. distribution, completion of the appraisal, sending appropriate reminders, holding appraisal meeting,

Managing Grievances

• HR Administration,

Arranging for employee travels internal & external

Arranging Visa

Arranging approvals with labor law
