Hello Sir,
Your suggestion is really good, but here ther is no HR dept, as the company is very small. There are no HR policies. Every decision is taken by director. I dont have any role as HR. Even I am called as office manager. I really dont like this word. I want to get into hardcore HR. But unless I dont get any other I have to do this work. As per your suggestion I will equip myself with more HR knowledge.
Regards

Dear Kunal,
I have gone through your work profile and feel you are doing clerical level job which is initially allright during begining of career. But as grow in your orgn., you must enlarge your job then you enrich your job.
since you graduated in HR & you really focus on HR initiatives. Discuss honestly with your seniors to assign higher responsiblities. If your management allow to do these HR activities, continue with the concern. If you dont find any response, then you know the answer.
Dont Love with your company but love with your Job. That will help you to grow in career.

Dear,
sometimes it happens that in small organization you will be recurited as HR executive but you will get no chance to work in hardcore HR the reason behind this is, these companies don't consider the HR department is important for them. this attitude always create problem.
