pl advice what is the minimum age at electronic industry at the time of appointment as per karnataka factory act, also what are the documents to be maintained for each employees in HR Department.

You can appoint 18 & above.
Minimum documents to be maintained in employee personal file:
1. CV
2. AGE PROOF / ID PROOF / ADDRESS PROOF
3. APPOINTMENT LETTER
4. COPY OF CERTIFICATES/EXPERIENCE LETTER etc..
5. PF,ESI, GRATUITY NOMINATION FORMS
6. INDEX PAGE / CHECKLIST
FOR STAFFS COLLECT PAN NO.

Dear Solomon, 1.As other Senior said the the minimum Age 18 for employement in a establishment. 2. There is no any Act Called Karnataka Factory Act it is Kanrnataka Factory Rules. regards, Nagaraj S
