Dear Kirti,
You have done good amount of spade work. Hats off to you!
I would like to give some suggestion.
First and foremost you should make out the purpose of e-mail - is it formal or informal? Formal E-mail is nothing different from writing business letter. Only the thing the business letter has certain format and in E-mail the format is little different.
The one thing that I have noticed of late is that using SMS shortcuts in formal E-mail. These can be used only in informal e-mails. Secondly, principles of business communication apply to formal e-mails too. The basic requirement is Accuracy, Brevity and Clarity. As long as this ABC is kept in mind no communication goes wrong.
Thanks for taking initiative.

Hi Kirti,
Its really a nice presentation on email etiquettes. Good job. But it would be really nice if you could have explained the things by attaching some sample mails containing example of some mails written in wrong manner and some in wright manner. So that it would be easy to understand in practical terms. Any way nice one.
