Good morning,

With reference to your query, email etiquettes have become a necessity these days. Commence the mail by greeting the person to whom the mail is being addressed. The only thing to keep in mind is to use formal language while drafting the email. One should be case-sensitive while doing the same. Be clear and concise in your content. If the email is being composed for a senior, remember to avoid using abbreviations or short forms for any word (e.g., Yours—urs). Lastly, finish with respects/FYI/Regards.

Hope this fulfills your needs.

Respects & Regards,
Hansjeet
