I guess you should add some information on Web 2.0 recruiting as that is the latest technique used in the field of recruitment. Includes attracting candidates from sites like Linked In, Facebook etc.

Hi Venkatesh,
Asking a suggestion is good, but being an HR you should think yourself. Not to use others ideas to grow. They might help for some time, but its not going to help you at the right time. So please, think yourself and take the proper decisions.
Even then, if you dont get ideas, just go through HR books, you will get some ideas.

Hi,
I am not sure what are the newer approaches / strategies are nowadays, But i see quite a few recruiters who are not even following the traditional practices.
Practices like Screening Candidate and doing a fitment check.
Would like to know what are the practices followed in this area
