Hi Friends,

First of all thank you everyone for you’re overwhelming responses and emails, I am glad you’ve liked my previous posts and reports formats.

So, here I am again with the attendance report format for 2011.
All you’ve to do is download the “Attendance Report Format” and just update the Employee Name, Emp ID, Designation and Department in the “Jan Sheet” only and the rest will be automatically updated, it’s a yearly attendance report which will help you in tacking the Daily, Monthly & yearly Attendance, and will also tack the attrition percentage as well. And if you have few or many teams, then in the department Colum you can put your Team Names and it will help you in tracking Team wise attendance and attrition as well.

Hope you like the post and the Attendance Report Format and don’t forget to comment….

We also do consultation for Process mapping, Enhancing Team’s Performance, Proper Report Formats and Training etc. You can contact me on . You can also find my email id in the report format as well.

Dear Sumeish,
Thank you for sharing a wonderful attendance format.
In addition to your work i would like to suggest you that, in the attendance format you have facilitated for half day or full day present. But if an employee is half day present and he takes leave EL/SL/CL then there is no option to mark half day sanctioned leave.
If you can also provide present days and payable days in seperate coloumn it will be more helpful.
You should also provide a coloum for paid holiday marking.
Coloums added as terminated, no information may be removed as they are not that, necessarily required.
Once again thanks to you for your wonderful work.
Best Regards,
Brijesh

Dear Sumeish,
Its really really painsticking work done by you in hitech environment.
(1) What is lacking suppose any person is on leave for a week as vacation holiday, he will have to marked leave with wages / salary or leave without wage / salary say EL etc. etc. how would you account for this?
(2) Suppose in the private sector if a person is called on duty on holiday how would you keep his record for claiming his compensatory holiday working?

Dear Sumeish,
Gr8, painsticking excercise on hitech machines, it will be better to open one Master's sheet instead of enrolling details in Jan sheet, Master's sheet will cover entrie history of an individual employee in excel columns you knows better what details an employer required from prospective employee so that in future it is handy to use.
