We are planning to launch a website to list all blacklist employees in India, so what are your thoughts and how do you think the data would be updated.
We have also included a blacklist section on our website do 72interactive website.

Please make a policy regarding the Blacklisting of employees.
There should not be any biased report regarding Blacklisting.
It should not have negative impact on anyone's livelihood. It should be only a warning or caution to the new employer whoever recruiting the employee and not a bar to acquire an employment to anyone.

Do read ,Defamation of Character and Cyber Law along with IT ACT 2000 amended in 2008. Blacklisting of employees is linked with someone's character.
If any employee file an e complaint against you and you cannot proof you will be in trouble as you are launching website ( cyber law).
Panelty of minimum 1 crore with imprisonment. So think again.
If blacklisting is so easy , many companies would have added blacklisting page in their official web page only .
I would suggest drop the idea, rest you are better decision maker.
