Hi,
Newly joined as HR executive in a Consulting firm.
Need a quick suggestion from HR fraternity.
There are couple of cases occur where the employees left the organisation without intimation with the salary/vital information/without handing over the datas.
Can any one suggest me couple of Recovery Agencies who involved in the recovery works here in Bangalore or how to go for legal action ?
quick response on the same will be appreciated.
regards

Dear Varun,

Your is problem is some thing that all the companies try to comprehend with, The solution seem to be dyanimc as the problem.:x

So what to do?

To start with information security problem is some thing that even the big IT majors struggle but what i can suggest is, to store info for SEM we use web based system called salesforce,of course for a fee with this you can effectly moniter ,modifie ,saftly store your client details and information.to down load any of it would require three level of clearnce of people who have the right of access.

try to crub all storage divices remove all read / writing devices in the work stations ,monitor all laptops ask your systems depatment to implement screen barge in and call barge in, for a very small fee you can intall cell phone jammers also knowing these mesures are in palce in its self would deter any one trying to do that your trouble maker have done!!

As for the recovery of lost info appointing recovery agents is some thing unheard of ,what can be done is make sure that all client of whom the infomation is stolen a intimated my a mail to the higest level that the people who have left the organisation were actually termaniated due to malparatice, and they are no more with your company and any client who are dealing with them do so in their peril.

IF you intend to sue them you must have substantilal proof that they stonlen company property you can also hire a cyber law speasilist to move for futher leagle action

but the moral of the story is be alert and dont let your gaurd down;-)
