[QUOTE=wajejeetendra;1367407]Hi,
Mr Jeetendra, pls talk to your previous org HR for all the forms, i think before you leave you have to fill the no due certificate, if not it is difficult, pls contact the HR, and you will get your F&F only after 45 working days.

Hi Jitendar,
Just do one thing move to your last employer team and then just give them your Re-leaving letter and then they will be taking around 45 - 60 working days to make the settlement done. This takes lot of signatures and after that only you will be getting the things done.
The signature contain:
ADMIN
FINANCE
NCG (The IT department)
HR Department
HR Head
AVP

Dear Jeetendra, you Just go $ speak with HR person, because you have not given one month notice else you will be considered an Abscond, and your full and final settlement would be kept on hold. Anto
