hai,
Please don't make it as a seen, probably the person is not matured enough to comeforward and express. If you really not interestd you can very well do it in a soft and stern manner by keeping a board like "please do not waste your money" "Please be bold enough to face me"
"Please do not fill my table with unwanted gifts" like so many saying you can. These simple self tackling problems should not be bring to the notice of management. It is obsolutely waste of time for the management. Management cannot act as a principal or teacher.

Dear Swapna,
I have read and understood with your problem it is really an issue- If you u have CC camera then you should bring into notice to your management / boss and see that the same employee is repeating the everything or they are differnt person and want to make it fun. If the person is same then call him personlly with presence of your boss and try him to understand or issue him warning notice containing the penality of this offence then u will be secure for the future.

At once bring this to the notice of Management, after confirming the version of the lady concerned. If she is willing get a complaint in writing from her and then initiate action. Written complaint from the individual concerned is necessary, so that later on the person does not retract. CC Cameras will be of immense help to nab the culprit.
