Do you have payslip
or appointment letter copy or offer letter
by that you can claim your money
& with all means it's totally depends on company policy
if company is giving gratuity or not
CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG

hi Nagaraju
after resignation r u received u r releving letter ?, if u received the letter ok , other wise u ask for the letter of experince & conduct . that may be helpfull for further working.
with the appointment letter & experince latter u can write a letter to the Asst commissioner of labourr regarding the issue.
while the act says that completion of 4 years 8 months are eligible to get the gratuty .so u r perfectly eligible to get the gratuty.
