Dear all,
Can anybody tell me if anyone wants to contribute more than 12% of their basic in PF? If yes, what is the procedure for that? Also, what amount would be deducted from the tax calculation?

Hi Jeene,
Can you tell if one contributes higher, then does one have to continue with the same higher percentage, or can one come back to 12%? I mean, what and how is the flexibility?
Thanks & Regards,

Some companies maintain trusts. Meetings are held annually by the Board of Directors (BoD) of their trusts.
Does an employee of such companies need to get the approval of the BoD for making a voluntary decision about their own income in VPF?

Hi, we are using E-tool software to calculate PF monthly returns, and we need to include Voluntary PF Contributions. Please guide me on how to process VPF monthly returns in the E-Tool software.

Hi, This is SM Dhulipala, Sr. HR & Admin Manager of a BPO Co.
My query is whether there is any provision in the EPF scheme to subscribe after one or two years of joining the company. Presumably, due to employees leaving the company within their initial months, the management is considering allowing employees to subscribe to the PF fund after a year or two. Is this legally correct?
