I am working in a reputed software company. I am currently working on preparing an organization chart with hierarchies for different departments such as Software Development, Testing, Marketing, and HR. Could anyone help me out with this?

Organizational Structure in Small Firms

It depends on the forms of the organization. The organization can be extremely flat or have a functional or matrix structure. Typically, small firms have this flow: CEO - CIO - CTO - CFO. Vice Presidents for all functions like HR, Finance & Accounts, Sales Operations, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & TQM. The GM, Senior Managers, Managers, and Project Managers for each function follow accordingly. All VPs report to the CEO directly in small firms with a size not more than 300 employees.
