I have been assigned the task of finalizing the hierarchies and titles for a startup company in the education sector in India. I would appreciate if you could share:

1. Real examples of the number of levels and titles being used in companies in the education sector (like NIIT, Educomp, Learn Today, etc., or other similar companies).
2. Some information about the methodology they use while creating hierarchies. Do they follow the Hay Job Evaluation method?
