Hi the attachment found over wwas not about th principle of maha bharatha. and the principle of management were obtained from the book "raghuvamsa" which we get in ramanaya. This is said by henry fayol and FW taylor themselfs. so try to read raghuvamsam

In short, there are four famous principles of management abbreviated as POLC which means P= Planning, O= Organising, L= Leading and C= Control. Hope it will assist.
