@everybody: people i am new to this community...... my name is Kaushik... i am pursuing my MBA (HR&SYSTEMS)in coimbatore....

One of my friend was posted to Kolkata for her second phase training by a reputed IT company..... she had some health issues and produced medical certificates and requested for a posting were she could continue her treatment without any hindrance to her job and also to the treatment.... but they put her in Hyderabad... which made no difference... so she contacted the HR and said she will resign... the HR said that the documents will be posted to her home in a weeks time... but nothing came for 45 days.... then they sent letter asking her to pay up 65 thousand rupees......

she has not paid the amount but joined elsewhere as fresher ....
she had registered with Nascom.....
nascom has sent the following mail to her...

"This has reference to your profile on National Skills Registry (NSR) having ITPIN -----. It is observed that your profile does not have details of your Employments and experience.

Please note that employment details are a very important part of your profile, without employment details the profile is incomplete and companies would not be able to evaluate your profile or conduct background checks on your profile. This would make your profile unusable to that extent. Your current employer company may like to upload your existing background check report so that your profile becomes verified but in the absence of employment details it will not be able to do so.

In view of this, we request you to update details of your present and previous employments on your NSR profile and also check for any other missing / incomplete / incorrect information and complete / correct the same so that you can showcase your profile to companies. Detailed process for updation of the profile is available at: Click Here to access the same.

Quick link for updations of employments information on your profile:

Log-in to your profile at: Click Here (Procedure to receive your Log-in ID, reset password (in case you have forgotten) is also available at this link) and use the option My Profile >> Change in employment (for entering details of present employment) . Use the option My Profile >> Correct Errors in Data (for entering details of previous employments)

What should she do now regarding this mail?...... can anyone advice us as we don't want her profile to be blacklisted by nascom..... can she just update her profile and put her new employers name ? will this have any problem..... thanks in advance for your patience people.... have a nice day!!!

pls mail me [email protected] in case you need further details regarding this issue.

this was the first mail from NSR...
Sub: Missing Information on your NSR profile
This has reference to your profile on National Skills Registry (NSR). Your employer company has informed that you have registered on NSR as per their advice but it is observed that you have not entered details of your employment with ***** on your profile. Please note that it is important to have the employment details mentioned in the profile so that:
* Your employer company can conduct background check on your profile / upload the report of background check conducted by it so as to mark your profile as Verified
* Your present employer company can confirm your employment record and this confirmation can be displayed on your profile.
This will help your company complete your joining procedure. In view of this, it is important for you to mention your employment details on your profile and also check for any other missing / incomplete / incorrect information and complete / correct the same.
