I agree that HR is HR, but you put yourself on the recruiter's place and then think.
What was your strategy while selecting a candidate in your jewellary manufacturing firm?
I am sure that your preference will be a candidate who belongs to the field, then next will be the one to whom you can train, if not then only you will go for some other options.
Sticking to one sector is good options otherwise to change sector you have to face challenges or compromise.

Do you mean to say, you know each and every aspect of HR, Payroll, Labour related laws, induction, training, policy making, appraisal system, counselling etc. During 5 years what is new thing you have added or introduced to your organisation, what is new policy you have introduced. Since company is closed down, do you know proper working of staff/workers for closer compensation?
