I am in need of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for a training company that will cover the following areas:

1. Training Needs Analysis SOP
2. Training Development and Delivery SOP
3. Training Evaluation and Records SOP

The training programs to be delivered will include Business Communication, Soft Skills, Presentation Skills, Body Language, and Writing Skills (Email).
